London Museum Docklands & New Year Lunch

Visit to London Museum in Docklands plus New Year celebration lunch

Members and guests are invited to join us for the first BMS event of the year, on Sunday 12 January 2025.

This begins with a visit to the London Museum Docklands at West India Quay in Canary Wharf. Opened in 2003, the museum takes you through 400 years of Docklands history. Entry to the museum is free.

This is followed by a MAKAN in the form of a New Year buffet lunch at the Grand Chulan restaurant near Canary Wharf where we had a very successful Diwali lunch in 2023.

Nearest stations: West India Quay (DLR) or Canary Wharf (DLR or Jubilee line)

Lunch Venue: Grand Cholan restaurant, 3 Turnberry Quay, Docklands, London E14 9RD

Time: 1:00pm to 3:00pm

Nearest station: Crossharbour (DLR)

Dress code: casual.

Entry to the Museum is free.

To travel from the Museum to Grand Cholan restaurant, we can take the DLR from West India Quay to Crossharbour.

Excludes drinks which will be on top and can be purchased individually.
